Amazing customer service and very honest people. We brought in our ford fusion se 2018 after a previous shop had fixed issues with the spark plugs, but they returned. Austin walked my husband through the diagnostic and explained everything to him. One day later he quoted us. The quote was high, which is reasonable for the issue we had with but Austin was extremely helpful with answering my questions about if it even would be worth it to fix it up. After careful consideration we decided to purchase a new vehicle instead and Austin provided some suggestions to help narrow our search. Awesome shop, lovely people, I will recommend them to friends. Definitely planning to bring our second vehicle in for service etc. Thank you so much guys! It is refreshing to find a mechanic shop nowadays that does honest work.

I took my truck to Simmons Auto with a heavy misfire. They listed in detail with photos and everything, every step they took in trying to diagnose the problem and solve it. It was a tricky one. But they persisted and found the issue and offered the ways to go about the repair without jumping in first.
