I've been taking my Astros to Simmons now for several years and have always been pleased with communication and quality of work. I had a radiator part fail a few days after install - I called Simmons to let them know I was going to limp the van to them and had a call back in 2 minutes stating the tow truck was on the way and please don't drive the van - they towed my van the 20 miles to the shop, dropped everything to identify the issue and repair (bad part - it happens these days) and get it sorted so they also stand behind their work and care about the customer. Happy I found them.

My sister recommended my daughter and my daughter then recommended me. It’s my turn to recommend someone. Simmons Auto has g reat service with fair rates. My vehicle is over 10 years old so I really appreciate them always letting me know the (important stuff) condition of my vehicle and what I might consider to be looking at next to repair (as with older vehicles) They even take pictures of it. Great work!!!
