Simmons recently serviced my car for the annual oil change & tire rotation. As usual, the service was timely & Austin & Leslie were personable. I always appreciate a review of services needed before my next oil change. I requested some missing tire valve caps & they sent me over to T&S Tire. Leslie let them know I was on the way. It's the little things that sets businesses apart from the competition & keeps people coming back.

My wife and I are very pleased with the work done on our 1992 jeep. Several local shops wouldnt take on the many issues it had. Every interaction has been open,honest,and pleasant. Austin is superb. Very responsive to messages. Getting the $120,000 MI checkup for my 2010 Prius. Austin gave me an estimate, and then called back after they did the inspection to go over what did and did not need to be done. Everything was done in a day including some extra services that I requested. Highly recommend!
