I took my 2015 scion in for the 100,000 service. Simmons Automotive did it all. Great service, friendly people, and done in a very timely manner. I wouldn't take my baby car anywhere else. Thanks guys.

Always been extremely satisfied with the service Simmons provides. The employees go above and beyond to make sure all my questions are answered, and they always provide useful information about upcoming things that should be repaired or looked at without making me feel pressured to do so. I will be moving from this area soon and am so sad I can't continue going to this establishment!

Simmons Auto is fantastic. I have an older car and it needed a good bit of maintenance. Austin and Dean walked through every step of the repairs and gave me extensive detail about what was wrong and what exactly was required to fix it. My car has truly never driven better.

They send pictures, emails, and texts before any repairs. Explain everything that is needed to be done. Calm and friendly (even when I am not) staff that takes their time to explain what is going on with the vehicle so I can actually understand the issues. If you want a shop that you can trust take your vehicle here

Love Simmons! I listened to a Google review and contacted them almost two years ago now to help out with brakes on a car. They have continued to be kind and knowledgeable! It might be a bit more price wise for some things, but they stand by their work and are a small local business that's a gem for Tacoma! You also approve all the work they do on your car beforehand, so you'll never get hit with some extra fee or a suprise when you go for pickup! Leslie is also super kind and helpful, so shout out to her!
