They did a pre-purchase check on a 2012 Chevy Suburban that I was looking at to buy. Austin was very thorough and went over every item with me that was a concern. I have confidence in Simmons Automotive and their Technicians. They have been my go to place for my familys auto repairs for over five years. Theres great customer support from Austin. Hes friendly and professional and keeps me up to date on the maintenance when I text him about the progress. They have a thorough vehicle inspection letting me know by importance levels what needs to be done foremost and what maintenance can wait. After their inspection they wont start the repairs until you understand the costs and have your permission. I like that. They also list the costs of the repairs on the inspection results and they have always been fair for a working family man like me compared to others Ive been to.

The customer service at Simmons Automotive is top notch. I took my Avalon Hybrid to them after several attempts at both the shop I purchased it from, and Titus-Will Toyota. I then started looking for a hybrid specialist near me & found Simmons with high ratings. I called and explained where I was at with the car and was immediately set up with a time to bring it in. They needed to have the vehicle twice, as fixing the issue was a bit of a process to narrow down. Along with the informative communication and updates throughout the process, I was pleased all the way from the initial phonecall, to picking up the car and being assured that they back their work. Everyone there was a pleasure to interact with, and I felt listened to from the get go. I would recommend Simmons Auto for anyone in the Tacoma area, especially if for a hybrid.

This is the second time that I take my vehicle in to Simmons for a major repair. The customer service as well as the structured layout of the work orders make it a breeze to work with. All communication is clear, work is out standing and prices are good. I really enjoy that the work orders have very detailed information like services conducted to included photos and videos.
