I am so impressed how my appointment went. Their customer service is top notch. Communication with me was outstanding. Very professional and courteous and pricing is very reasonable. This was the first time that I was never made to feel like I was imposing. No sighing, no eye-rolling, no blank stare look. I have been to other repair dealerships and those front desk reps don't want to be bothered with a customer asking genuine questions about the service being performed on their vehicle. True transparency Simmons. I have added you to my all star list.

They made me quite welcome when I came in and was very honest about the vehicle that I was about to purchase bud had a bad feeling about paying for the car first and had a even better feeling when I got the test results that I would had a lemon Thank you for the good job and service and I had no problem giving a five star rating I wish that could have given a 6th star
