I normally get anxiety when it comes to talking to people but when I walked in they were welcoming and made me feel comfortable. They were also understanding whenever I didn’t know something about my car and for running a bit late which I truly appreciate. I liked the fact that pictures were taken to show where the problems were and the breakdown of what needs to be done including the quotes.

And their communication is excellent. The customer is kept in the loop at all times through email and text, and you can see diagnosis and progress details documented with photographs. Everything is broken out with itemized pricing so the customer can pick and choose which items will be addressed immediately and which items can be put off. Their whole process inspires a lot of confidence. And they catch everything. The mechanics are very thorough and are able to identify and solve issues that had other shops stumped. My family has had multiple vehicles serviced here. The more they do for us, the less likely we are to take our vehicles anywhere else. The only drawback is that they're usually booked out several weeks in advance. I'm a serial entrepreneur with lots of small business experience. I know how to identify a well run small business. Simmons Automotive is a shining example of a very well run and productive small business.
