We came to Simmons highly recommended by a friend...was not dissapointed. Infact, the overall experience was EXCEPTIONAL! It's challenging to find honest automotive busineses these days. And I found this business quite transparent & knowledgable. There were quite a few service items that my car needed addressed. There was no pressure to complete it all at once so instead we were given options of importance! That made the pocket book that much more manageable. Austin was an exceptional communicator and the woman at the front desk with him was also very pleasant. We now have an established place for future automotive services and will highly recommend to others!!

Simmons identified my problem quickly and correctly. They were as shocked as I was over the cost of the replacement part. But they didn't stop there. They contacted the dealership to inquire about warranties and recalls. when that did not pan out they immediately researched alternatives. There was no charge for the extensive time they spent on research. Simmons provided me with details and photos of the problem. I sent these details to the manufacturer with a letter. The manufacturer agreed to cover replacement cost at a local dealership. When I called Simmons to cancel my repair appointment, they were overjoyed that the manufacturer would repair my car. The entire staff at Simmons went way beyond expected service. In an age of looking out for #1, they are also looking out for us. They are the best!
