I could not have found a better place to send my stolen vehicle for repairs. I am a woman so I’m very hesitant on working with auto body shops because I know they like to get one over on females because they do not understand cars but this place, NO they do not try to take advantage of you. This is the second time my car was stolen and I chose Simmons again because there are people who CARE about getting your car fixed. They CARE you get treated well and understand what is happening with your vehicle. They have constant communication, constant updates in their portal to update you with the details of their work on your vehicle. I really respect this place and I would send my entire family here for repairs IF they lived in WA. I really appreciate and respect Ms. Leslie, she went the extra mile to explain the process of insurance, payments, the entire process of fixing my car and how to protect my vehicle better. She is even communicating with my insurance to get me what my vehicle is worth since it is now being totaled out. I REALLY respect and appreciate this place. I really could not have found a better team to work with. Mr. Dean and his team even went another EXTRA mile to show me where I can purchase a new vehicle and they communicated that they even do car inspections so you know what is wrong with the vehicle before you purchase from someone. This team has answered all my questions and gave me great advice for the future. I will definitely be coming here as a loyal customer and sending anyone I meet here as well. Oil and filter change on our 2001 Chev Tahoe, 178K miles, courtesy vehicle check, and a request to look at the gear shift lever - specifically when placing into park some electronic light disengage. Dean Simmons personally checked the gear shift lever mechanism and made recommendation of repair. The courtesy vehicle check was performed with maintenance recommendations, recommended priority along with estimated costs. Dean personally talked to us about the recommendations and forwarded the estimates via an email. We will be making additional service appointment. We have been customers of Simmons Automotive for over ten years and they have serviced our Tahoe and 2008 Chev Silverado 2500HD diesel truck with oil and filter changes to more in-depth mechanic repairs with satisfaction. Customer service is top-notch.

Free all car inspection for first time visits was an unexpected bonus and greatly appreciated. Staff is helpful and communicative. They go out of their way to tell you the status of your repairs, as well as take pictures and update the website so you can see what is happening in the shop step by step. Honest repairs. They do their research. I will be returning!
