It's never fun when your vehicle needs repairs. Simmons staff and owner took the sting out of it by giving us several options. Their diagnostic showed urgently needed repairs, recommended repairs, and maintenance & repair that would potentially need to be done in the near future. This was very helpful in deciding which repairs to do immediately and which we could hold off on till later. The staff from reception/inspection to completion and pick up were friendly, knowledgeable, informative and efficient. Austin answered any questions we had graciously. The process was very well organized and clear. We would take our vehicles here again in a heartbeat.

First impression is everything. My appointment was looking to be over a week out so I canceled as it was too far out. 10 min after canceling my appt, I got a call from Leslie working something out with my schedule to get me in sooner. Not only that they were very knowledgeable of what was wrong with my vehicle with the little info I had, they new the issue and took care of it and had my vehicle running back to normal the next day. I was going to another shop for the last 10 yrs and they all of a sudden closed shop. I was researching for another auto shop and came across Simmons Automotive. I believe I found a keeper. Fast, friendly service!! Hard to find nowadays.

LS Swapped Wrangler Dean and his team are amazing. I brought them my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with a hydro-locked engine. They worked to generate a variety of swap options (LS vs several diesel) and then did all liaising with the engine/trans/tune provider. They worked through a novel process, troubleshooting gaps from the vendor's work instructions, troubleshot a variety of electrical issues that arose stemming from the swap and were able to keep all Rubicon functionality (e-lockers and sway bar). Simmons Automotive delivered a killer rig and were very helpful along the way (including 1yr warranty after initial delivery). Highly recommend contacting them if you are considering a heavy vehicle modification project.
