Always pleased to come here. Everyone is always friendly and professional. I prefer this small business over taking my brand new vehicle to the dealership for servicing. I never pay for more than I was bargaining for, unless something were to be seriously wrong! Some places try and get you to buy this and pay for that. You definitely don’t feel that pressure here like you do in most places.

Simmons makes the appointment process easy. Once there, they were extremely friendly and professional. They quickly diagnosed and took care of my brake concerns. They also identified potential problem areas. These areas were legitimate and not intended to drum up business. Simmons is easily one of the most honest and competent auto repair shops I have ever dealt with in my 70 years.

I could not be happier or feel in better hands than with these guys! It was my first time going to an auto-shop and i had the fears i think we all do that id be given some kind of run around or worked for unnecessary fixes. Leslie and Dean have been so pleasant to work with and have been entirely honest and helpful. Dean also assisted in contacting my warranty company himself to see what they would cover, which went better than i think it would have should i have been the one who called. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone and will be coming back for any future fixes.
