So happy to have my rig back. It was a major repair involving pulling my truck's engine apart. Dean and Austin kept me posted as to what was happening all along, and did repeat checks to determine that they were absolutely thorough, and at a competitive price. I checked. No, they were not the lowest price, and they know this. I chose them because they have always been thorough, trustworthy and back up their work more than any other I have been to.

My brakes started wearing down and I wanted to get a full check up on my used car, but was reluctant to try an automotive shop because of my last very poor experience. I gentleman came by and offered me a coupon book for oil changes and services at Simmons. When I called, I was able to book an appt. for an oil change, brake inspection and vehicle inspection for my next day off. The service inspections and oil change showed I needed some work done on my brakes and transmissions. The very courteous and knowledgeable Austin wrote up an itemized estimate highlighting what was priority. I was able to leave my car with the crew the same morning and the complete service of my car was done before noon. Prices were fair and I have much trust in Simmons Auto Care. Patty Jo Engels
