They accurately diagnosed the issue, set the appointment, kept me appraised of their progress the entire time, and were extremely transparent and professional about the issues that they discovered. They didn't try to sell me more than necessary; in fact, they didn't charge me for the parts they didn't need to install. I am very pleased with Simmons Automotive and will be choosing them in the future for my automotive repair needs.

Great people, great service! Usually very quick with getting back to you about what your car needs and its status. They also offer an online update so you don’t have to fuss about calling regularly and asking where things are at. And they never do any services without your permission first. I’ve had bad experiences in the past like at jiffy lube where you go in for an oil change and they do three other things and force you to pay. But here, they’re kind and conscious of your time and money.

These guys are so Kind and reliable! They get your problem fixed and you on your way in no time at all. They are the Best!!
