When I first heard about Simmons I was skeptical because I have lived in Tacoma my entire life and never heard of them. So I went on google and started reading reviews and I was thoughorly impressed with what I read so I called them up. From the first time I called I was very impressed by the professionalism that was executed. They were very friendly and clear on the timeframe and what work was going to be performed. When dropping my truck off the office was clean and orderly and again very friendly and professional. I told them I could pick the truck up earlier than what we had talked about and they made adjustments for me to be able to pick my truck up earlier than agreed. My truck was ready 2.5 hours early. I was ecstatic. The overall experience from the first phone call to picking my truck up was very pleasant. The only thing I could complain about is after the alignment my steering wheel is a hair off but I’ll solve that down the road. I would absolutely use Simmons again for any work I need done on my vehicles. Thanks again guys the 2” lift on the front of my truck looks great.

I gave Them a four, because... There waiting room was cold.. Real Cold. But Simmons automotive saved me $240.00 on my levelling kit for my truck. 4WheelParts wanted $450.00 for the same install. I will have Dean do more work on my Moms car soon. I trust Simmons Automotive for all my work.
