My experience with Simmons automotive was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I had a pre purchase car inspection done. I live out of state and could not check the car out myself. Dean and his team did an amazingly thorough job. They sent me a link with a very detailed report, I mean everything was checked. Whenever I called to speak with Dean (the owner) he answered all of my questions and never seemed bothered no matter how trivial. On top of that this guy is amongst one of the most knowledgable people I have ever spoken with when it comes to automobiles. He made me feel start to finish that I was in good hands. I honestly cannot say enough. I wish everyone I dealt with in life had half of the knowledge and customer service that Simmons automotive did. The world would be a brighter place.
