I’m newly stationed at JBLM and just moved into the area last week. I was pretty busted up about having to get the truck fixed in a brand new area where I don’t know the honest folks from the frauds. Plus it always hurts a little bit no matter what when you have to pay up for a fairly big repair job. These guys made the whole ordeal way more tolerable. They took the time to walk around underneath the truck with a good flashlight and explain the issues they found. Also gave straight answers on the estimate on which items were pertinent safety issues and which could be put on the back burner for a while. Also should be noted that they have our Pledge of Allegiance and our Constitution tacked prominently up on the wall. First time I’ve seen that around these parts. Hopefully I won’t need any truck work for a while, but if I do I’ll visit this crew again. Looks to me like they’re doing it right.

Exceedingly friendly and professional service. Accurate estimate and great work. When I picked up my car I mentioned that my other vehicle had a leak. They checked it on the spot and set up a repair appointment. While Simmons is not cheap, they are a great value. Simply the best in service and auto repair.

I’m a visitor from LA visiting my son it happened that along my drive i felt some vibration and i heard some squealing noise when i applied the brakes. My son told me to bring it to Simmons. To make the story short Austin and Dean check my car and did a superb job explaining what’s going on with my car. He even check it ‘twice’ just to make sure there’s nothing wrong with the car and safe to drive. These guys are very good, honest and will not take advantage of your bucks.
