Ugh, a dead battery! Something you don't plan into your day. But Simmons graciously fit me in and made sure I had the correct battery for my car (unlike what the tow truck serviceman wanted to put in). They also ran an electrical test to make sure that there were no other "related" surprises in my near future. Thank you Dean!

I purchased the Simmons Neighborhood Special offer. Took my 2000 Lincoln Navigator in for free oil change and to diagnose "Service Engine" light reasons. My vehicle was thoroughly checked out and I was provided not only with the reason for the warning light but also a list of all issues that could and/or should be addressed. I appreciated their attention to all aspects involving safety, including exterior lights, tires, etc. The repairs were very involved, but they were diligent in getting it right. They were even thoughtful enough to provide a rental when repair time increased so that I could get to Doctor's appointment.
