Simmons treat every customer to the highest level they could imagine. I was not able to pick up my car last Friday (01/08/2016) since the parts have not arrived yet. They offered to get me a car rental at their own expense. I appreciated it very much, although I declined since my weekend activities were very light. They have also a a very high quality standards. They replaced (without charge) the valve cover gasket that they installed which leaked (very tiny only) but Simmons wanted a perfect job. These people are awesome, the front desk lady is very friendly and accommodating and everybody in the shop from the top man (Dean Simmons) down to the last technician were always in good vibes and mood.

First of all my 03 Dodge Ram van 1500 is my baby, and I don't trust to many people to work on it. And that is why I do most of my own work. But I was having problems with leaking freeze plugs, and the transmission needed to come out to repair two of the plugs. Dean worked on my 2001 ford F150 and did a great job, so I took my Van to him. They had it ready to go on the second day and replaced all the freeze plugs in the motor at a fare price. And I hope to have Dean and his crew put a limited slip rear end in the van next for towing. So me and my van are happy, ready for a trip down south to AZ. Thanks Dean !

I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a recurring brake issue that has been plaguing the vehicle for years, and Dean Simmons knew exactly what the problem was, and gave a detailed explanation as to the cause that I've never heard from a mechanic before. After the service, he also followed up the next day to make sure everything was working as it should. Top notch.
