Simmons Automotive took great care of my Cadillac! I towed it to a dealership because my car wouldn’t start, they said they inspected it and changed the battery. On its way home it over heated so I took it to Simmons Automotive, my granddaughter recommended them to me. They found a leak in my water pump, low/no coolant and I had no oil! I was very thankful they were able to get me in last minute and fix everything in one day. My car runs great and they did everything for much less expensive than the dealership with a better warranty deal and better quality! Thank you for good kind quick service

The team at Simmons is wonderful! I brought them a big project of fixing up my dream car of an '89 jeep grand wagoneer. I was nervous about the undertaking but they have been amazing through the whole project. Their communication and customer service is top notch, and they work hard to make sure the service is done right!

When I first heard about Simmons I was skeptical because I have lived in Tacoma my entire life and never heard of them. So I went on google and started reading reviews and I was thoughorly impressed with what I read so I called them up. From the first time I called I was very impressed by the professionalism that was executed. They were very friendly and clear on the timeframe and what work was going to be performed. When dropping my truck off the office was clean and orderly and again very friendly and professional. I told them I could pick the truck up earlier than what we had talked about and they made adjustments for me to be able to pick my truck up earlier than agreed. My truck was ready 2.5 hours early. I was ecstatic. The overall experience from the first phone call to picking my truck up was very pleasant. The only thing I could complain about is after the alignment my steering wheel is a hair off but I’ll solve that down the road. I would absolutely use Simmons again for any work I need done on my vehicles. Thanks again guys the 2” lift on the front of my truck looks great.
