Excellent experience. I got my truck towed in after closing on Wednesday, and it was ready to go on Thursday night! The staff is very kind, knowledgeable & has great communication. This will definitely be my go-to repair shop!

I recently purchased a 1965 Fastback Mustang. The car needed substantial mechanical repairs~~valve covers, carburetor work, replace oil pan, brake work, replace spring leafs, shackles and shocks and more. While doing this time intensive repairs, the car was kept inside the shop and not one drop of rain touched it. Dean took pictures of everything that needed to be replaced or repaired. The cost came with the photograph. At no point, was there any surprises. The price quoted was the price charged. They did exceptional work and if I could give them 10 stars I would. I placed my trust in these guys and they surpassed and exceeded my expectations. They have my full endorsement.

wonderful staff. very kind and courteous. fair pricing - you definitely get the quality/attention to detail you are paying for. As I was waiting for my ride to work I overheard the staff speaking with a few customers on the phone as well. Nothing but reassurance that they have a commitment to make things right. Made me feel very comfortable bringing my car there and trusting the work was done well. After moving to the South Sound I've had some terrible experiences with mechanics and have been worried about the long term of my car with not having a regular mechanic. But I think I found my kind of people - fair, kind, experienced, and reasonable. Thank you, guys!

I finally found an honest mechanic on this side of the state... Please, if u need work, at least call for a quote. I thought I had a major issue repaired at another shop only 3 months ago (7 yr old car) but they missed 2 other much more impt issues... And their financing options were archaic= payday loans. Simmons offered multiple $$ options, multiple serving "layers" based on the safety of my family, not driving profit only. I cannot tell you the full gratitude I have. My dad is actually a master mechanic n Spokane who viewed the quote, and judged it with a "fair quote" too.

Wonderful experience! They fit me in last-minute for a pre-purchase inspection on a used car and were incredibly thorough and friendly. They answered all my questions, provided photos and a report that helped me negotiate a much better price for the car :) So helpful and overall great!
