It’s a way longer story than this post will go into but the short version is this: I have a history of shops losing my trust and giving me the run around. I also do most of my own car work and have friends who can almost always help if I don’t know how to fix something. The few times I have gone to a shop, it has been rough. Not here though. I had a complicated repair on a modified off road vehicle. The process was long, involved, and I didn’t have time to do the work. A trusted retired mechanic I know recommended them and I’m glad they did. Throughout the whole process they would keep me informed with phone calls and a web portal with photos and videos. They were honest when they were charging me as they got to the bottom of the problem. They have earned my trust like no shop has before. They have a lifetime customer for when I can’t do the work myself. I highly recommend them if you need work done! Easy 5 stars!

Like usual Simmons Automotive did a great job. This time it was just an oil change, we dropped the car off and in an hour or so it was ready.
