They took me in right away when I had brake problems. Took a couple days, but they are thorough and don't rush, but helped me get a rental at almost no cost. I went in for follow up when the transmission fluid leaked and they made adjustments on the spot. They stand behind their work. Great to have a mechanic I trust in the neighborhood.

I went to Simmons for a second opinion after being told by the Honda dealership that I needed around $2,000 worth of work on my 2014 Honda. That sounded ridiculous to me and sure enough it was. The people at Simmons were so helpful and thoughtful! They spent about an hour doing a full inspection of my vehicle. As expected, I did not need the expensive work that the dealership was trying to push on me. Unbelievable! I was able to spend a quarter of that performing good maintenance work on my vehicle at Simmons rather than going broke over the $2,000 worth of bogus work at the dealership... I hope that Simmons is around for decades to come! There honest and thoughtful approach with very reasonable prices has turned me into a loyal customer! They are good people!! They accurately diagnosed the issue, set the appointment, kept me appraised of their progress the entire time, and were extremely transparent and professional about the issues that they discovered. They didn't try to sell me more than necessary; in fact, they didn't charge me for the parts they didn't need to install. I am very pleased with Simmons Automotive and will be choosing them in the future for my automotive repair needs.
