Had a great experience here. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. They got me in quickly and were very helpful. I would come back here in the future and would recommend it to others.

I always have a good experience at Simmons automotive. The most recent one last week was no different. I always feel better knowing they have looked my car over carefully and have found anything that might need to be fixed, but never recommend anything that does not need to be fixed. Very trustworthy.

I was able to schedule a drop-off within a couple days. They texted me a crazy cool list of suggestions based on my own concerns as well as other things to check out at my request. The suggestions came with pictures to show why they thoughts certain things needed attention and estimates that I could easily approve then to go ahead and work on without even calling. When I did call to talk through them, they made recommendation on prioritising the repairs. Grade A. **Update: They called to let me know that some of the repairs ended up being something much more simple and reduced the total cost by about 25%. Would recommend.

Handled my repair with outstanding professionalism. They communicated additional problems with pictures and a narrative and enabled me to make informed decisions about my vehicle. I also saw them handle other customers fairly and respectfully. Honest and reliable.

Dean, Austin and the gang here are extraordinary! They work efficiently and with such integrity. My car is older with many many miles on it and many many problems. Instead of telling me I got a junker and not worth pursuing any fixes, they diagnosed, gave their recommendations and moved forward with whatever I wanted. They treated me so kindly with such care as if I rolled in with a Bentley. Wonderful shop that I would give 10 Stars to and recommend to EVERYONE!

Simmons automotive is top notch for the industry! Dean, Austin, and their crew are incredible at what they do and operate with the most integrity I’ve seen in this market! As woman walking into any car shop, I’ve experience many bad tastes and even been treated like an idiot but Simmons automotive listened carefully to everything I noticed about my car and genuinely cared about my thoughts and opinions on the matter. They truly are the best guys in town to work with and if I could give them 10 stars I would! I’d recommend them everyone!!
