I highly recommend Simmon's automotive. I've been a customer since 2003 and they continue to exceed my expectations. I can always trust that they will maintain and repair my vehicles at a level that meets or exceeds manufacturer specifications. On top of that, they charge reasonable prices, communicate professionally, and are extremely honest. On the rare occasion that something isn't perfect, they always make it right.

This place is a great great place to go, it cost a little bit more and just a bit longer to get your vehicle back, it's worth the wait if you can because they do it the right way so you don't have to go back to have it fixed again like o the shops. Straight forward and no BS. TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE IF YOU WANT IT FIXED THE RIGHT WAY!!!!!!!

I contacted Simmons because I needed to replace the factory suspension on my Toyota 4Runner, and I found them online with a lot of positive reviews. I talked to both Dean and Austin on the phone, and they were helpful in starting the process to figure out what I needed. I really liked that they used a website to document all of the different parts they had to install and how much each piece was going to cost, and then that I had the ability to approve or reject any of the repairs and call them to ask specifics if I so wanted. I did a lot of research to figure out what I wanted to replace the factory suspension, and Dean reached out and gave me advice as to what I should get and I eventually went with something he had suggested because it was a cheaper yet still very reliable option. The day came around to get the work done, and although the repair took a bit longer than I was expecting (picked it up 1 day after instead of the day that I dropped it off), Austin called me multiple times to update me on their progress and my truck came out perfect. Overall, very happy with the work and professionalism that I found at Simmon's Automotive.
