Was able to diagnose and fix my car extremely fast (only wait was for a part that had to be shipped from Canada). They did a great job of explaining what the delay was and were very transparent. Fixed all my issues and suggested what should be fixed in the near future. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable.They even gave me a military discount. I will definitely be bringing my car back to Simmons auto (hopefully I won’t need to anytime soon) in the future.

We heard scraping on our right front wheel, and since we’re new to the Tacoma area, we were looking for a car repair place that we could trust. We based our find on the reviews we saw, and chose Simmons Automotive. We were able to set up an appointment pretty quick; and they were clearly knowledgeable and helpful. When we went in, told that they would send everything over via email (and phone call) with possible options where we could look over the estimate. Whenever we called, Austin or Dean, gave us the information we needed to make a decision about what to do. The brakes and rotors were done that day. Everyone (including owners, son Austin, and mechanic) were respectful and thoughtful, and gave us the information we needed. We were looking for a good repair place, and we believe we found it!!!
