Recently I brought my truck to have some warning lights and a “knocking “ sound checked out. Dean checked it out. Ran what ever checks were needed. He sat with me and explained the results. He could have left it at that , but wanted to keep my truck longer to check the “knocking”. If it was what we thought then the other fixes would have been a waste of time. A couple days later we got together again and determined that a new motor would be the best option. Dean could have done all the other work needed and just ran up a bill. But he went the extra mile to ensure we did the right thing. I have used Simmons auto repair a couple times prior. I have found them very courteous, professional, and their quality of work outstanding.

Vary helpful fixed my car for a fraction of what the dealership quoted and it didnt even need partsthat the dealership quoted $1300 for

Dean, Austin, Paul and Lindsey are great! Service is attentive and swift. Paul replaced the motor in my Jeep in a timely fashion providing me with photos and video of the replacement in real time. Paul followed through with a precise check and test drive and then followed up with a second test drive and pressure check the following day. Austin kept me well informed throughout the process. Dean worked with me on payment arrangements. I would definitely recommend Simmons for repair work on your Jeep. Note they were working on a plethora of other brands & models of vehicles as well. Definitely a great auto repair shop.

I've been coming to these guys for quite some time now and I have never been disappointed with their work. They are taking great care of my car. They are honest, above board, and dependable. They are what I need since I know nothing about fixing a car.

I took my car in to have the catalytic converter cover re-installed, because Meineke didn't do it correctly. But once your people looked at it, even though it wasn't right, it was installed so it will be VERY hard to get it off. They said they COULD try, if I wanted them to, but it would cost twice as much, so we just left it! Their honesty made me a customer, although my Prius doesn't require much! Thank you so much!!!
