As usual, the folks at Simmons' Automotive took care of my concerns cheerfully and professionally. Even when I called after they had started working on my vehicle, to ask if they could do one additional thing, they were cheerful and accommodating. Simmons' always gives 5 star customer service, 5 star vehicle service, honesty and never tries to sell you service which you do not need. They are simply the best you can get at a reasonable price!

Great shop full of professionals. I usually perform all work on my truck, but for certain projects you just need a good mechanic. These guys are great mechanics and did an excellent job working on my truck's engine. I will be back.

The people here always treat us well. They don't bs us and are upfront and honest about what's going on. They do thorough checks of everything and are willing to tell us if we can scoot by with a problem or if it needs to be fixed urgently. Prices are reasonable and you always have the opportunity to approve or deny something.

BEST shop I've taken my car to. VERY knowledgeable and THOROUGH. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. NOT a fly by night mechanic shop. Their inspections and assessments are very on point. Very customer oriented. I Will never chance another shop thats a little cheaper. Austin even met me on his day off to let me in to get my car because I was unable to make it the day before. Super accommodating and they really go out of their way to serve you! 5 stars!
