I was not a customer but I had the distinct pleasure to watch the interaction between the owner and several of his customers. I was very impressed with his straightforward approach to his customers, caring attitude and honesty to the point of admitting an error and making it right with the customer. This is where I want to take my vehicles for repair!

Moved to the tacoma area a couple years ago and they have been my go-to automotive maintenance and repair. I love the very detailed reports they provide with pictures of needed repairs. The office folks are extremely helpful and professional! Highly recommend!

Simmons did a pre buy inspection for me. I am an out of state buyer. Their inspection was very thorough and helped me make a good decision without seeing the vehicle.

Simmons Automotive did an inspection of a truck I was interested in purchasing. They did a thorough inspection and took the time to discuss the results with me which was very helpful. I called on a Wednesday and they booked the appointment the next day! Overall I was very impressed with their professionalism and prompt service.
