Dean Simmons runs the tightest ship I've ever seen. He is always personable and makes a point to greet his customers when he is available. A quality experience for his customers is clearly as important to him as the quakity for work performed. Mechanics are professional, fast, and highly experienced. Documentation with pictures is provided as the inspection and work is performed throughout the job. Both service advisors are engaging, helpful, and easy to reach. My girl Leslie is especially attentive to detail and always engaged. She cares about the customers in a genuine way. This shop goes the extra mile every time I have work done with them. I have a shop in my neighborhood but I drive across town to do business with Simmons Automotive because I can trust my car with them and the work performed is always high quality and completed quickly.

Great service and great people! Got into an accident and Austin had no issue taking my vehicle in and checking it out. Gave his honest opinion on all options. They were very friendly and communicative which was great and all for a good price!

2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee left me stuck in the middle of the road because of what Simmons would find to be a bad starter. I called around to probably 20 places in Tacoma trying to get it fixed in a timely manor. Simmons was able to squeeze me into their busy schedule so I didn't need to use a rental car for a month. They did great work and kept me informed along the way. Will go back for other services in the future!

Much deferred work needed on a truck. Simmons fixed a number of problems, including replacement of U-joints. Great communication. Would go to them again.

Great service they were able to see me short notice when my window wouldn’t come up and the very kind technician made sure my window would work before sending me on my way and showing me how the mechanisms work also desk people are very nice very understanding and show they care for you.
