The wait time fast, the people/mechanics are very nice and knowledgeable, they fix your car without making up unnecessary repairs.( It's hard to find an honest repair shop ) Unlike other car repair shops Simmons let's you know their prices with parts, labor and taxes included so you know exactly what you're paying for and not have to guess what the total cost will be.. A guy at an auto parts store told me about Simmons and I am so happy he did. I won't take my van anywhere else.

Simmons did a great job of taking care of my vehicle! Having an old high mileage vehicle its very hard to find a shop that genuinely wants to help beyond just basic maintenance these days. I gave them a pretty good list of things I wanted diagnosed and sorted and they came back with an extremely detailed and thorough inspection/estimate that I could access online including pictures of almost everything they found. The notes and pics on the inspection really showed that the tech cared about what they were doing and made me feel much better about approving all the work. They were quick and the tech even left detailed notes as he was working. My 26yo 4runner has never felt this good to drive and I will definitely be back for some of the additional work they suggested!
