Loved the work and they explained everything very well. The only reason this is not an "excellent" is because it took longer than expected. this was due to some pretty bad luck on their part (i.e. sick workers, hospitalizations, etc), so I don't blame them.. they kept me updated the whole time and called me almost every day. thanks guys!

From Sean who handled me with kid gloves to Dean the owner I was ALWAYS dealt with in an extremely professional manner. They fixed my car and I have never had one bit of trouble since I took off their hands. They handled everything with the insurance so that I didn't have to do a thing.
