I was in an emergency situation with my car broken down 65 miles from home. I was able to call Dean at Simmons Automotive. He immediately began to work to help me know what I should do. He had me email pictures to him so he could better assess the problem. We talked on the phone a few times until a solution was met and did the repairs on the car in a very timely manner! His helpful words and tone of voice helped to calm me down. Great service by great mechanics with a wonderful personal touch!

Dean Simmons auto is the epitome of what a shop should be. Excellent service, diligent communication, and timely turnaround. He also had no problem with sitting on my vehicle for quite awhile while I worked out a financial solution that a larger shop would have had an issue with. I was referred to summon Auto from a friend and will do the same to others.
