Austin was very knowledgeable and friendly when I stopped in on a Friday before getting my appointment scheduled promptly the following Monday. I was notified timely of additional work necessary to get my SUV in a safe working order. He thoroughly explained the work to be done and parts to be ordered as well as provided me with the work order via text. I was able to understand what the impending work and cost would entail before approving the work order via online. What a convenient way to have documented approval on line!
